The warranty covers product defects and damages not caused by normal wear and tear. The batteries are not included in the warranty. Normally the batteries last for several years, but should you need to change the battery just visit your local watch shop or jeweler. It can be done in a matter of minutes.

My Warranty has ended, can I still submit a claim?
Yes. Even if your warranty has ended quality is very important for us. So in case there are any issues with you product after the warranty time has passed please don’t hesitate to contact us and we will take it from there.
